This Artcraft kitchen cabinetry is a stunning combination of cool, white paint and warm, beautiful Cumaru veneers. Great attention was given to keep all components aligned with each other giving a clean contemporary feel. The SubZero refrigerator features Cumaru paneling that is completely flush with the cabinetry as is the paneling on the Bosch dishwasher. The Wolf ovens are “recessed” into the face of the oven cabinet, keeping the ovens flush with the cabinet faces. All of the base cabinetry is finished in the Cumaru veneers, including the back side of the island which gives the client a lot of extra storage in the Dining room.
The Bar cabinetry is also a combination of white paint and Cumaru veneers. The Perlick wine coolers are covered in Cumaru décor panels. The room temperature wine is stored above in the custom made wine rack.

Vision Design
The project included adding a large kitchen and great room with a large La Cantina door to create an indoor/outdoor living space. Every surface was renewed, rooms were rearranged to increase their usefulness, and full house energy updates were done.

MARGARITA BRAVO
Our clients for this project asked our Miami studio to give their house a complete facelift and renovation while they were in transit from North Carolina.
The beautiful family with young children wanted to change the kitchen, master bedroom, kids suites, and living room. We loved that our clients were not afraid of colors and patterns and were always open to pushing the envelope when we incorporated certain palettes and fabrics throughout the house.
We also accommodated some of the existing furniture from our clients' old home in NC. Our team coordinated all the logistics for them to move into their new home, including picking up their vehicles, managing the moving company, and having their home ready for when they walked in.

MARGARITA BRAVO
Our Denver studio renovated this home for clients who love to play with bold colors, prints, and patterns. We used a black-and-white island with white cabinetry, a sleek black hood, and gold metal pendants to create a modern, elegant vibe in the kitchen. The living area provides loads of comfort with a massive neutral-hued sectional and single sofas, while an accent fireplace and TV unit complete the look. The dining room flaunts a striking green accent wall, printed window treatments, and a black modern-traditional chandelier.
The bedroom and bathrooms are a luxurious indulgence with natural, neutral hues and practical yet elegant furniture. The powder room makes a bold design statement with a bright orange hue and printed wallpaper.

This beverage center is located adjacent to the kitchen and joint living area composed of greys, whites and blue accents. Our main focus was to create a space that would grab people’s attention, and be a feature of the kitchen. The cabinet color is a rich blue (amalfi) that creates a moody, elegant, and sleek atmosphere for the perfect cocktail hour.
This client is one who is not afraid to add sparkle, use fun patterns, and design with bold colors. For that added fun design we utilized glass Vihara tile in a iridescent finish along the back wall and behind the floating shelves. The cabinets with glass doors also have a wood mullion for an added accent. This gave our client a space to feature his beautiful collection of specialty glassware. The quilted hardware in a polished chrome finish adds that extra sparkle element to the design. This design maximizes storage space with a lazy susan in the corner, and pull-out cabinet organizers for beverages, spirits, and utensils.
Pike Properties
This vibrant scullery is adjacent to the kitchen through a cased opening, and functions as a perfect spot for additional storage, wine storage, a coffee station, and much more. Pike choose a large wall of open bookcase style shelving to cover one wall and be a great spot to store fine china, bar ware, cookbooks, etc. However, it would be very simple to add some cabinet doors if desired by the homeowner with the way these were designed.
Take note of the cabinet from wine fridge near the center of this photo, and to the left of it is actually a cabinet front dishwasher.

The built-ins on the opposite side of the breakfast area were mainly used for overflow storage and the client was in need of space specifically for wine and entertaining. The breakfast table was rarely used and we wanted to create a banquette space for casual seating and wine tasting.
The new wine column provides plenty of storage for this client’s collection, and floor to ceiling cabinetry store drinking glasses, extra place settings, and holiday/party décor. The banquette is perfectly placed under the windows for resting while cooking, reading, or a few additional guests.
