The previous homeowners had tile in the foyer and carpet in the living area, We felt there were too many materials going on, so we added exotic wood flooring throughout the whole downstairs, minus the breakfast area/kitchen. New lamps will be replacing the current ones in the near future for a more updated look, and pillows will be replaced as well. Working with what client has now and planning for future purchases.
