The brief was to create a classic and con­tem­po­rary reception area that can be easily converted into a guest bed room if required. I furnished the space with single lounge chairs for a more spacious look. When visitors turn up, the chairs can be easily put aside for a queen size bed to be set up. The console table in front of the window becomes a handy tablet's desk, while the stool acts also as a night stand. The versatile furniture makes the most of this small sized room allowing sufficient circulation space. The egg chair and swan chairs are classic statement pieces that won’t go out of style.
