About Us

We are a true one-stop shop for your home transformation, including the following. - floorplan changes - interior design - kitchen remodel - bathroom renovation - decoration - outdoor areas - colour schemes This is because we combine three design specialities in one company: - building design, - interior design and - colour consulting When you find it hard to imagine how your renovated space will look, we provide you with 3D images and virtual walk-throughs. This visualisation helps you make an informed decision before anything is locked in. If council approval is required for your renovation, we will develop the necessary documentation and lodge it for you. When selecting furniture and finishes, we recommend bathroom tiles, the kitchen benchtop, flooring and everything else to make your house look stunning for your family to enjoy and your friends to wow. I would highly recommend Martina Hayes Services and I would like to express my gratitude for your superb decorating services. We are truly happy with our home because you have made it a warm and comfortable place to be. Martina and her team assisted us with changing internal wall colour, carpet and blinds to match our existing cream windows. Martina also assisted us with furniture choices and a new external colour scheme and we could not be happier. If you need any design or colour ideas you can not go past Martina. Thank you we love it.

We are in the process of a full house renovation in Lane Cove, including interior wall removal, new deck construction, relocation of the staircase, new kitchen and the renovation of bathrooms. Martina has been an absolute delight to work with. We had no idea where to start with renovating a house. From our first meeting she has guided us throughout the whole process. She has always been generous with her time, scheduling meetings to best suit us. Martina has made well thought out and considered recommendations and was always willing to incorporate our own ideas. Martina (and Chelsea) have guided us with every aspect of the house renovation . From huge decisions such as where to place the stairs, to smaller decisions about where to place towel rails. We never felt pressured or rushed into making any decisions. As we near the end of our renovation, we are beyond thrilled with the result and the choices we have made. We know we would not have acheived this without the help of Martina to create a cohesive look. If you are looking for someone to help guide you with your renovation then look no further. She is professional, knowledgable, warm and friendly. I cannot recommend Martina more highly.

The communal areas of our apartment building at Lavender Bay were in need of refurbishment. We engaged Martina to propose an economical but high-quality, eco-friendly, contemporary and classic "look", which would stand the test of time of time and changing trends while appealing to a wide range of tastes. We found Martina a delight to work with, always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She is a great listener, understanding and clarifying our needs, and doing her utmost to meet them while complying strictly with her brief. Martina guided us efficiently through the design process, explaining the rationale for each considered step. Martina remained always calmly courteous, professional and responsive to the many questions and difficulties necessarily encountered within a group decision-making setting.

Martina has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She worked tirelessly to bring our dream home to life, listening patiently as we vacillated between structural and design features and even suggesting and creating some of the most favourite areas of our concept home. Sydney CBD Apartments Common Area Upgrade

The communal areas of our 15 storey apartment block in Sydney CBD were in need of a refurbishment. As the body corporate’s committee we wanted to select new flooring, wall coverings and paint colours for the entry foyer and residential floors. Martina was extremely patient in digesting all of our requirements and requests/preferences. She took the time to genuinely assess our situation and provide ample recommendations so as to align with the existing style of our building to ensure everything was streamlined. Martina presented various colour scheme and material options/samples and took the time to show us these in person, patiently allowing us to do lots of trial and error to ensure we made the right choices. So thankful for her guidance and advice during this process. Thank you Martina!

Martina has been an excellent resource with our complete renovation of our 1980s townhouse. Martina has come up with the solutions to most of the problems we faced with an impractical layout. She also helped us select finishes for kitchen, bathrooms and paint. Martina's input and designs have been key to our final outcome which we love. Martina has also been excellent to work with. Martina has been an incredible help in the overhauling the exterior of my place. Originally I had just engaged Martina for house colours but I very quickly extended that to the tessellated tiles, fence and roof. Martina had a very pragmatic and thorough approach to her work and getting the right colour palate. Her calm manner (as well as super organisational skills) gave me reassurance during the process. She went to the tile shop with me to chose the right tiles. She provided lots of food for thought on all the changes I was doing, making sure I had thought of all options. And her final colour selection was fantastic. I am really happy with the outcome. I will be engaging Martina again, when I redo the interiors in a couple of years.

Currently renovating my bathroom and laundry in Surry Hills and Martina helped me with the design, selection of tiles and the bathroom ware. The design consultation really helped clarify my needs and made for optimal use of the spaces. Martina’s suggestions, tips and expertise were invaluable. Martina’s knowledge of colour, finish types, and practical application of bathroom fixtures complemented the design layout. Highly recommended.

We renovated our 60-year-old house in Willoughby from top to bottom including the relocation of the existing bathroom and kitchen. Martina developed the new floorplan, got the building permit from a private certifier and recommended all fixtures and finishes...she linked in with all parties concerned: engineers etc...she recommended an excellent builder...everything went smoothly due to her professionalism...the house is looking very homely and quaint indeed...we would recommend her any time.
