An unfinished basement was completely remodeled as a bar / recreation room. Brick arches cap the recessed shelves and cabinets. Existing floor joists above were sand-blasted clean and stained. Radiant heating tubes were installed between the joists then covered with insulation and polished plaster. Floors received reclaimed wide plank oak flooring. The client selected all of the commercial grade bar equipment for behind the bar, including the decorative beer taps.
