Simple but luxurious contemporary swimming pool on the lake features a full perimeter over flow hot tub, natural stone travertine decking, custom patio cover extension with kitchen and dining, fire pit and lounge area. A tropical landscape with raised stone planters complete this space.

An incredibly fun party pool, large natural boulder swimming pool with a flowing free formed shape, waterfalls and custom fire features. A custom addition second floor balcony was constructed to feature a water slide from the second floor. Under the custom deck is a custom fireplace, outdoor licing and a custon gourmet outdoor kitchen and bar. A large fire pit detination area overlooks the property. A beautiful deep blue pebble tec plaster and a lush green oasis landscape complete this project.

Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay, this little dipper offers the perfect place to chill out when the beaches are just too hot and crowded. A deep blue, pebble finish adds to the lush aesthetic of this small backyard oasis

The 10’ x 25’ footprint of the custom Gunite pool is in pleasing balance with the other elements of the yard. An interesting feature of the pool is the 20” deep underwater bench which runs 15’ between the spa and the deep end swim out step in the corner.

One would think they need an expansive space to encompass all those wonderful features; however, our designers accomplished this in a backyard that is less than 90’ X 30’. Showcasing the expertise of our design team, we created a concept for our lucky clients that is an excellent utilization of space and encompasses all the items on their wish list! This gorgeous custom pool, spa, outdoor fire pit, and outdoor kitchen looks more like something you’d find at a luxury hotel instead of in your neighbor’s backyard. Complete Pool Remodel with oversized spa, tanning ledge and diving pool. An outdoor entertainment and kitchen area was added with roof extension, pergola, outdoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen.

The large pool deck is draped with Silver Takoma Travertine coping, and Passion Silver porcelain pavers. I delineate two areas by the large pool. By creating these two sections within this large area, I was able to keep the composition visually interesting while making two very functional and distinctive zones. The lounge area features three contrasting lounge chairs in black and the seating area by the fireplace features a modern sofa and chairs with black metal frames. The look is sophisticated and functional.

This custom pool and spa have everything a backyard needs. The custom pergola over the spa rains water to keep you warm. There is also a raised wall with 2 bubblers and a fire feature.

One of the design challenges for this backyard was the need to remain within Toronto’s 50% lot coverage requirement. It would have been nice to have had a little more deck beyond the coping at the deep end to facilitate diving. Thankfully, the addition of a row of stepping stones in its place satisfied that need.
