This clients modern home needed a pool surround to match. By utilizing natural stone to coincide with the homes masonry, custom seatwalls and paver inlays throughout the poured concrete offer a chic appearance. Carpentry panels assist in screening neighboring views while plants help soften the surround. A gas fire bowl sets off the space and creates an inviting lounge during the evening.

Request Free Quote This project features a 25’0” x 44’0” swimming pool, 3’6” to 8’0” deep. The hot tub measures 7’0” x 10’0”. The sunshelf measures 6’0” x 14’0”. The pool coping is Valders Wisconsin Limestone in Dovewhite color. There is a jump rock feature for diving into the pool. The pool finish is Ceramaquartz. The pool also features a volleyball and basketball system. The raised stone water feature spills into the swimming pool. There are 5 LED color changing bubblers on the sunshelf, as well as 6 LED color changing Laminar water features around the pool. The top of the spa and the perimeter of the pool features Crystal Glass Blue Blend tile and accents. The pool and spa are covered by an automatic pool safety cover with custom stone lid system. The pool deck is a porcelain paver. The Masonry gas fire pit has stone veneer pillars and a Valders Wisconsin Limestone cap. The seat wall has a stone veneer and Valders Wisconsin Limestone coping. Our clients in South Morang know one thing for sure. There’s nothing better on a hot summer day than having a barbeque on the deck after cooling off in the pool! The poolside has been paved in beautiful pale travertine to complement the two-tone rendered external walls. The large pergola frame is made of laminated Cypress beams with multiple coats of Cutek oil to create a rich gloss surface. Oversized galvanised post stirrups and brackets make the structure extremely stable and strong and when paired with the warmth of the glossy, dressed timber it creates a bold and stylish modern-industrial look. That look is completed by the flat Ampelite roof sheeting which requires no battens, allowing for a much more open, clean roof space and Colorbond guttering. The additional height and opaque sheeting allow the maximum amount of light and breeze through without compromising on coverage. A perfect outdoor entertainment area for any type of weather really!
