This kitchen was totally transformed from the existing floor plan. I used a mix of horizontal walnut grain with painted cabinets. A huge amount of storage in all the drawers as well in the doors of the cooker hood and a little bread storage pull out that is usually wasted space. My signature corner drawers this time just having 2 drawers as i wanted a 2 drawer look all around the perimeter. You will see i even made the sink doors "look" like 2 drawers. There is a designated cooking area which my client loves with all his knives/spices/utensils etc all around him. I reduced the depth of the cabinets on one side to still allow for my magic number pass through space, this area has pocket doors that hold appliances keeping them hidden but accessible. My clients are thrilled with the finished look.

Spectacular design for the corner. This bench seat adds both extra seating for your guests along with ample storage below the seat. Great raised panel look on both the seat area and back. Back corner surface allows for display.

A very compact kitchen footprint is transformed when the cooking area is reorganized. The original layout included a sliding door, which was removed and framed in to create the 48" Subzero fridge and freezer elevation. The sink was moved from its original location, which was in the corner on the opposite side of the room, to have its new place under the window. A 48" Wolf Range completed the cooking space and created a great working triangle with a prep island in the center. Aesthetically, the edgy and clean stainless Franke farmhouse sink became a perfect counterpoint for the other stainless appliances. Additional stainless details on the face frames of accent cabinets compliment the kitchen's cleaner aesthetic. A mix of cherry and painted cabinets lend visual interest. Tonal backsplash details which wrap around the perimeter of the kitchen and new window, add height and unify the overall palette. The built-in booth and seating area on the opposite side compliment the linear feel of the kitchen, add storage and keep the area structured. Designed to stay clutter free, the shower features a built in recessed niche & a large bench seat, to organize the homeowners shower products. The two person shower outfitted with 3 showering components, encourages shared time. Showering configurations invite the owners to enjoy personalized spa settings together, including a ceiling mounted rain shower head, & a multi- functional shower head and handheld with a pivot for precise positioning.
Vertical wall tiles mixed with blue glass mosaic tiles create visual interest. The pebble floor not only feels amazing underfoot but adds an unexpected twist to this modern downtown retreat.

This traditional living room is the entry way to a traditional American foursquare. The crisp white accents make the details of the room pop against the neutral beige colors of the space. The dark accents give the room a cozy feeling to really make it feel like home. We turned an old 3 season porch in to an airy, bright mudroom/sunroom. 3 generous size cubbies were tucked in to one corner. In another corner we installed cabinets for storage under window set. Rest of the space is good for play time, hang out, etc. Next spring the French Doors will lead out on to a new composite deck for entertaining. It will be a nice open concept from kitchen, through mud/sunroom and out to a large deck for entertaining.

Tradition Outdoor Living
In Katy, Texas, Tradition Outdoor Living designed an outdoor living space, transforming the average backyard into a Texas Ranch-style retreat.
Entering this outdoor addition, the scene boasts Texan Ranch with custom made cedar Barn-style doors creatively encasing the recessed TV above the fireplace. Maintaining the appeal of the doors, the fireplace cedar mantel is adorned with accent rustic hardware. The 60” electric fireplace, remote controlled with LED lights, flickers warm colors for a serene evening on the patio. An extended hearth continues along the perimeter of living room, creating bench seating for all.
This combination of Rustic Taloka stack stone, from the fireplace and columns, and the polished Verano stone, capping the hearth and columns, perfectly pairs together enhancing the feel of this outdoor living room. The cedar-trimmed coffered beams in the tongue and groove ceiling and the wood planked stamped concrete make this space even more unique!
In the large Outdoor Kitchen, beautifully polished New Venetian Gold granite countertops allow the chef plenty of space for serving food and chatting with guests at the bar. The stainless steel appliances sparkle in the evening while the custom, color-changing LED lighting glows underneath the kitchen granite.
In the cooler months, this outdoor space is wired for electric radiant heat. And if anyone is up for a night of camping at the ranch, this outdoor living space is ready and complete with an outdoor bathroom addition!
