designAbility Interiors - This grand home proudly presents two adjoining parlors. The designer unified the separate spaces through color and textiles. The color inspiration for both parlors came from antique blue and white porcelain vases. The first parlor, located off the emerald foyer, was highlighted using shades of white paint. Original architectural elements such as the fireplace and window moldings were painted varying shades of white to add depth and definition. The ceiling was painted a deep off-white as a backdrop for the antique crystal chandelier.
