The opening to this home office was widened to allow for a new pair of frosted glass French doors, which stay open in welcome. Now integrated into the rest of the main floor, instead of closed off, we carried our design theme into the decor. Custom desks and cabinetry, in the same tones of lacquer and wood finishes used in the kitchen and dining area, accommodate 2. With opportunities for display on floating shelves, and ample open and closed storage, this room is more "home" than "office".
