This lovely traditional second storey extension was completed by our masterful renovators, Smith & Sons Takanini. The existing upper level was extended to add 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom to this substantial South Auckland home. The building was fully wrapped in order to make the home weathertight during the building project. Originally to the upper level of the home was a master bedroom and walk-in-wardrobe. The master bedroom was renovated with a new layout, and then 3 children's bedrooms were added plus the family bathroom. The exterior was matched to the existing home, with black aluminium and double glazed windows, plus copper spouting for the drainpipes.
