These clients needed a first-floor shower for their medically-compromised children, so extended the existing powder room into the adjacent mudroom to gain space for the shower. The 3/4 bath is fully accessible, and easy to clean - with a roll-in shower, wall-mounted toilet, and fully tiled floor, chair-rail and shower. The gray wall paint above the white subway tile is both contemporary and calming. Multiple shower heads and wands in the 3'x6' shower provided ample access for assisting their children in the shower. The white furniture-style vanity can be seen from the kitchen area, and ties in with the design style of the rest of the home. The bath is both beautiful and functional. A pathway to the master ensuite and WIC was restricted by too many doors, and an awkward layout of linen closets. A simple re-layout of the storage spaces allowed for more function within the master ensuite, and removal of the vestibule door created a more fluid access to the ensuite and WIC. Walking the line between traditional and transitional, the balance comes with the finish details and hardware. Square, sharp lines modernize an overall traditional palette, but special attention to craftsmanship expresses a nod to traditional design.

This was a great use of a small space. We replaced a very small shower with a full size tub, frameless shower door, upgraded the tiles, lights and vanity.

This ensuite bathroom has the perfect neutral backdrop and design. Greys and whites overpower this space to keep it simple yet stunning. Faucets, accessories, and shower fixtures are from Kohler's Purist collection in Satin Nickel. The commode, also from Kohler, is a One-Piece from the San Souci collection, making it easy to keep clean. Most of the tile was sourced through our local Renaissance Tile dealer. Asian Statuary marble lines the floors, wall wainscot, and shower. They grey accent tile is the Allure Light Marble Polished from Marble Systems. A clear glass shower entry with brushed nickel clamps and hardware lets you see the design without sacrifice.

In a Brookline home, the upstairs hall bath is renovated to reflect the Parisian inspiration the homeowners loved. A black custom vanity and elegant stone countertop with wall-mounted fixtures is surrounded by mirrors on three walls. Graceful black and white marble tile, wainscoting on the walls, and marble tile in the shower are among the features. This two story terrace in Bondi Junction only had one bathroom and toilet upstairs. In this project we formed and constructed a separate toilet room complete with basin and mirror cabinet to the 1st floor living area. It was a bit of a challenge but by utilising the available floor space under the stairs we were able to create a toilet room with additional storage cabinets, All without taking up any valuable living area floor space.

Guest bedroom ensuite. A sweet ensuite space that is fresh and functional. It has a wall mounted vanity with a drawer and open shelf, two powerpoints, niche wall for extra storage and walk-in shower area with a frosted glass panel. Perfect for guests to feel a touch of luxury away from home.

This project was focused on eeking out space for another bathroom for this growing family. The three bedroom, Craftsman bungalow was originally built with only one bathroom, which is typical for the era. The challenge was to find space without compromising the existing storage in the home. It was achieved by claiming the closet areas between two bedrooms, increasing the original 29" depth and expanding into the larger of the two bedrooms. The result was a compact, yet efficient bathroom. Classic finishes are respectful of the vernacular and time period of the home.
