The 'Champagne Terrace', with new smooth stucco bench with precast concrete seat and wooden trellis above provide a cozy, peaceful area to enjoy any time of the day. The paving is sand finished colored concrete, saw-cut into a custom Ashlar patter to resemble natural stone, but stay within our budget. Smooth pebbles are to fill between the concrete stepping pads.
