Cement tiles on the floor of the guest bathroom add visual interest to the space. A very large niche across the back of the shower gives space for all of the products needed to be stored. The Rainhead showerhead in this shower gives a luxury shower experience. The wrought iron shower glass gives an industrial feel to the space that makes one recall the 1920’s. Inspiration for a mid-sized transitional master bathroom in San Diego with green tile, terra-cotta floors, tile benchtops and a sliding shower screen.

This renovated primary bathroom features a large, marble, floating vanity, a freestanding tub, and a terra-cotta tile shower. All are brought together with the herringbone, terra-cotta tile floor. The window above the tub lets in natural light and ventilation for a relaxing feel.

The guest bath is enlarged by borrowing space from the guest bedroom. Bold, geometric tile in contrasting black and white make this a unique space.

This master bath was transformed into a masterpiece. The shower was made larger. The vanities are shaker style, stained brown. The counter tops is Brunello quartz. The round mirrors against a darker accent wall make the whole room pop. The white claw foot tub is a standout against the patterned floor. We enclosed the toilet room in Satin glass with a brushed bronze handle.The pluming fixtures are champagne bronze

Our clients relocated to Ann Arbor and struggled to find an open layout home that was fully functional for their family. We worked to create a modern inspired home with convenient features and beautiful finishes. This 4,500 square foot home includes 6 bedrooms, and 5.5 baths. In addition to that, there is a 2,000 square feet beautifully finished basement. It has a semi-open layout with clean lines to adjacent spaces, and provides optimum entertaining for both adults and kids. The interior and exterior of the home has a combination of modern and transitional styles with contrasting finishes mixed with warm wood tones and geometric patterns.
