Green painted door
Every now and then we wait with bated breath to see a project finished and this was one of them. We knew the colour was striking and couldn't wait to see what our client had in store. He didn’t disappoint!
Our stand-out green "Porto" front door sits beautifully in a hardwood glazed wall and lush, tropical planting makes you wonder if it’s on an island somewhere in the Pacific. This is a great example of how coloured doors can work well with timber cladding and why it’s not necessary to match the windows. The mixture of materials works to give the house a striking entrance.

Teak Bali Prefab Homes
A privately owned Island project. Design concept created by the owners in conjunction with the Teak Bali Design team. The owner took the Teak Bali Babaji Design and removed the interior walls and incorporated a wraparound deck. The owner designed this development with a natural flair in mind as these structures have no windows, just Hurricane shutters for protection during the Big Wind season. The owner prefers a more weathered, gray look letting our timbers age naturally with no additional finishing materials.

The moment you step foot through the gate you are welcomed by a grand drive, complimented by at massive rock veneer wall built from boulders, filled with natural stone planters and finished with luxurious tropical landscaping.
The grand stone veneer wall gives way to an entrance of equal luxury, a pathway of Ipe wood decking crosses a stream, babbling between two flowing water walls, through exotic tropical landscaping to welcome you home. Photo: Geza Darrah
