Our Bolivia client used Brunswick Tile and Flooring to help select and install porcelain tile on a screened back porch floor. The American Olean Laurel Heights Elevated Beige porcelain tile upgraded the existing cement surface with style while providing the homeowner a durable product for outdoors that is easy to clean and capable of providing increased comfort to the bare feet when relaxing outdoors.

This Covered Porch is located right off the Great Room and Breakfast Area, and it serves as another gathering space in the home. We started out with an outdoor friendly slipcover sofa and two wicker swivel rockers to ground the Seating Area. We repurposed the homeowner’s old coffee table of glass, stone and metal. We used interesting and colorful garden stools for our side tables, and then had a blast with the accessories. Most of the items the homeowner already had – we just pulled from other places. The pillows in the pink tones were the perfect inspiration pieces. The homeowner found this mirror which is the perfect scale for the pitched ceiling. I love that every corner has something interesting and that the overall effect is one of texture, pattern, and pops of wonderful greens and pinks. We have more outdoor spaces coming in this series, but in the meantime, Enjoy this and that!

These clients used their 3 season patio quite frequently. They wanted to have the ability to select music from their iPhones & iPad without having any wires. These client-provided wireless music were the perfect solution! We re-located the electrical outlets up and mounted the audio against the brick. ----- Product Shown: SONOS PLAY:3

An unending view of Zihuatanejo Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The comfort of natural materials and the sound of the breeze through the palapa roof makes this guest porch and easy resting place. Handwoven textiles add a pop of color.

Holz- Raffstore
