Design objectives for this primary bathroom remodel included: Removing a dated corner shower and deck-mounted tub, creating more storage space, reworking the water closet entry, adding dual vanities and a curbless shower with tub to capture the view.

This Master bathroom retreat features a spa like experience with a bathtub that has micro jets, tsbuo massage jetts, jaccuzzi jets, chromatherapy, aroma therapy, a heater and it is self cleaning. It does it all! The wet area also includes a shower system with a digital diverter that allows you to select your temperature and which section of body sprays you'd like to use or turn them all on with the rain head shower, for the full experiece. The feature tile is hand glazed and a variation of blues with a little sparkle. We used chrome accents in the plumbing selections, Schluter trim, and light fixtures to give the space a modern feel with clean lines. The vanity area has an LED medicine cabinet with lots of storage space and additional lighting on the interior part of the cabinet. The closet features tons of storage as well as two spectacular light fixtures.

A master bathroom we dressed in cool, coastal blues and sea greens. We gave this bathroom a colorful but minimalist style, creating a refreshing, clean, and spa-like feel. The crisp white freestanding tub is placed near the tiled accent wall (a full-wall adorned in micro blue and green tiles). A floating glass shelf offers the perfect amount of space to place bath products while staying transparent and uncluttered. Behind the tub are two separate spaces, one of the large walk-in shower and the other for the toilet. The vanity boasts beautiful cabinets, silver hardware, and a lustrous shell-like backsplash. Firstly, consider your space. Is it rectangular or are you working with a long, narrow room? This will determine how many wet walls you can accommodate, and if a bathtub can fit. For example, in a narrow room a freestanding bathtub may not work, and a one-wall layout that lines up shower, toilet and vanity on the same wall will make sense in most cases. (It’s also the most budget-friendly option in terms of plumbing). Maybe separate rooms for toilet and shower make sense? Maybe you want to work with a window above a bathtub or in the shower. You may live in an old house where you can keep some of the original character of the home, or you may be working with a small apartment space. 2 Consider How You Use Your Bathroom
