“We hired Designlink Architecture to renovate our 1980's home. Nothing has been done since it had been built, and though the bones were good, it was dark, chopped up, with very poor room flow. Debra Weisberg, Architect, removed several walls and created new spaces for laundry, kitchen and master bathroom. Debra presented her proposal in such a manner that we knew exactly what our costs were going to be. No hidden costs. At our request, Designlink assisted us with the contractor's bid analysis. She then worked with the selected contractor throughout the entire remodel. We also utilized her interior decorating abilities. We found this internal capability a bonus. She is a good listener and is able to put your thoughts to paper and design. We are very happy with the work Designlink has done and we would highly recommend them. Frank McLanis”

They are, without question, one of the very best residential architectural firms serving the Southwest in existence today. From extracting the necessary client information in the very beginning, to the conceptual design drawings which capture the client's intentions for their dream home, to the construction documents which are the best and most detailed in the industry...UDA is first class in every respect. In my opinion, to consider UDA for any high end, custom home project would be a wise choice.”

I had a such wonderful experience I would like to share: After hitting a dead end with how to design a functional and well designed master suite for my new house, John spent an hour with me workshopping plans and sharing incredible ideas! His very first question to me was “how long do you envision yourself living here,” which is something I hadn’t really considered. His insight helped guide me through different ideas for the layout. John presented a wide number of ideas and left it up to me to decide which direction I’d like to take. Had it not been for John, I would have built a suite I regretted. “My Team worked with SPACELINEDESIGN ARCHITECTS to remodel a series of commercial spaces. Business purposes varied from operational to retail to executive. Their role was comprehensive including layout redesign, material choices, interfacing with contractors and furniture and interior design. Jeff and Mahsa are both creative and innovative. They brought a truly fresh approach to the projects. They were very resourceful, responsive and flexible.”

“We have worked with Mike Rust on a number of projects and he is really the only one that we would have design a housing project or addition for us. Our styles mesh which also makes it easy to work with him. Mike designed our FLW house and it is unbelievably pleasing to the eye both inside and out. He was able to position our house on the lot in such a way that we have maximum views which another architect might ignore by focusing only on the house. He is now designing a FLW courtyard to adjoin the FLW house he designed for us. We are a huge Mike Rust Architect fan! Mike has intimate knowledge on the designs of FLW and I am sure other organic architects, so I would recommend him highly.”
