“When I began thinking about refurnishing/designing my apartment, it was important to make sure my requirements were being met - pricing, style, and functionality. Throughout the design process, Katherine presented mood boards, layout options and drawings to help me understand how the room would look. With all these options, I was able to piece together a look that fit my budget and provide that home-y feeling I was looking for. All communications were prompt and professional. “We are so happy with our experience! The architect and also the GC, Woody was so immersed, dedicated to our project- he guided us when decisions had to be made with excellent communications skills and also humor! It was exciting to see it all happen- and it was on time! We were living in the basement during the renovation and one night, it was storming, pouring rain- and this was before we had the roof completed, and he shows up in the middle of the night just to check on things to make sure water wasn't coming in! He was also very good at keeping us in-check with our budget. We are very happy with our new home!!”

“I have used Norris Broyles on three projects. He has done complete house design, an in-law suite, and my current project, a finished basement to include bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and a few other modifications. On each project, Norris Broyles created superior design work and his plans are so complete that my contractors rarely had a single question during the construction. One of Norris’ skills, besides design, is communication. On each project, Norris listened intently to what I wanted the completed project to look like and each time he has delivered. He is wonderful at translating ideas into a finished plan. His wealth of experience comes into play with each project. Without hesitation, I strongly recommend Norris Broyles and his firm whether it’s a room, a large area, or a complete house.”

“Tim Hagan took the smoldering remains of our burnt house and created something beautiful out of the ashes. He didn't flinch when he saw what little we had to work with, and, in a stress-filled year, managed to gently mold a beautiful house out of ashes and water. My assessment of Hagan Architects: totally professional, deeply caring, amazingly talented, delightfully innovative.”

“Robert M. Cain was the architect for my home, completed in 2009. Photos are elsewhere on this site. Robert M. Cain (Bob) is a brilliant designer and superlative master of construction oversight. As the project began, he listened carefully to us and perfectly and seamlessly incorporated our desires into the house. The building is both beautiful and extremely comfortable. It is a LEED Platinum Home. It has many high performance features such as solar panels and geothermal heat pumps. Passive solar concepts are inherent in the design and allow us the be comfortable much of the year without heating or air conditioning. It has many windows and feels like it is in a forest, although the location is urban. It is a calm and cheerful house. Working with Bob and his staff was a completely delightful experience; it was satisfying in every way. Mary B.”

“Could not be happier!!! Outstanding customer service, communications, and quality of work! Erika listened to our wants and needs, visited our unique home site, looked at our idea books, and then helped us design a home of our dreams! She carefully took the time to factor in the ancient oak trees around the homesite which we wanted to keep, and thoughtfully incorporated important details of architectural features we salvaged from the previous old home. She is prompt with her work and reasonably priced. Can't wait to start construction!! Also hired her to design a detached garage & cottage plan to match!”
