Kevin and his colleague really listened to our needs and came up with a design that was in keeping with the age of the property that maintained original features, whilst incorporating our needs for fish tanks, bike storage, and light! What evolved, working as an inclusive team to incorporate key requirements we were seeking as clients, was a modern cutting edge home to be built over 3 levels, whilst achieving strong environmental and energy efficiency credentials. We have now secured full planning consent and can look forward to moving on with the construction phase together.”

Compared to just asking a builder how they would add on a 3m kitchen extension they really came up with ideas that has created a fantastic, practical and delightful space. They were flexible working with us to tweak the drawings to make sure we had storage and power etc everywhere we wanted. We are thrilled with the end result and could not have achieved this without their vision.”

“We spoke to a number of architects for help with our bungalow refurbishment. We were drawn to Minesh's enthusiasm for our project and his impressive range of experience. We were looking for design ideas and help with the building regulations drawings. Having now completed this stage, we can say we are very pleased with the services provided by Minesh. He was approachable, positive and friendly throughout. A project like this can be very stressful, however we felt relaxed and constantly reassured. From the onset, he provided fantastic ideas and we have been extremely impressed with his knowledge of the building industry. It is evident he is passionate about his work and we'd be happy to work with him again in the future. Highly recommended!”

“Project - first story extension + remodelling other parts of house. Communication - excellent. Happy to communicate over evenings and weekend which is relatively unique and extremely useful for those with full time jobs. brief and vision - listened to us at length and for the first visit spent plenty of time on site. Ongoing input- always happy to answer questions. Guides us through the process and steers us through the ideas. Value - not the cheapest but worth it for the communication and experience. It's a professional approach that means this is great value. We explored all the options so won't have any regrets - part of the cost is the peace of mind of a thorough approach. Reliability - does as promises. Has had us over to his house for client brief, so nothing to hide and not afraid to engage fully.”
