“I was asked to find an Architect by my employer with some experience in heritage regulations and residential renovations sympathetic to the Subiaco architecture. I started with the internet and Suzanne Hunt's profile got my attention. After reading her web page, I knew immediately my employer would relate to her style and approach so I organised a meeting between them. The night of the meeting, I received a text from my Employer that very precisely gave me the confirmation that my instincts were correct in choosing Suzanne. My employer wrote: Suzanne Hunt is perfect. Great find!! Spoke for 2 hours. Really good info, advice & presentation. Would love to work with her on something if not Subi. Have lots to think about. Suzanne was honest in her feedback regarding the Subiaco property highlighting the weaknesses of the property for renovation and the reality of over capitalizing by carrying out the renovation ideas my Employer had in mind. My Employer is now motivated to look out for another property in the area so that she can involve Suzanne in the renovation project.”

“Ben and Emile worked on the design of my own house for the past 10 months or so. We decided to go with Mountford Architects as we had noticed some of their work around Perth and really loved the contemporary feel to the designs whilst still maintaining the feeling of a home. From the moment we sat with Ben, our scope and design specification has been listened to and incorporated into the design perfectly (even with our multiple changes). The site is pretty tight in comparison to what would normally come through their doors but they have worked around that really well and included everything we have asked for. I would be more than happy to use Ben and his team again in the future (and most likely will) and can definitely recommend Mountford Architects for your next design.”

We were impressed was his ability to work with us to identify our options for the project and then problem solve throughout the process. He also came up with some innovative solutions to our space constraints. We had none of the angst we hear is often associated with renovation projects. We've been back in the house for two years now. We love the design, the finishes and the integration with our original 120 year -old home.”
