“Lauren Shadid designed the remodel of my home to expand the kitchen and open up the family room, and make use of our space more efficiently. She was very thorough and diligent in her work and was very conscious in keeping within our budget. She works very well with contractors and is always available when she is needed. She was always very response to my questions and concerns. Her background in interior design is a huge bonus as she was very helpful in helping me choose colors and tile. Lauren also helped design my backyard space. We live on sloped lot and she was able to design a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and lounge area, whereras before we had a basketball court above the main patio area that was never used. We don't have a finished yard yet, but I can see the transformation and how much more we will enjoy our new space.”

“Sandy did a great job of listening to my husband and my needs, and she designed a great pop top for our Denver Square. There were many hiccups along the way (but what home remodel doesn't have one!) and Sandy went above and beyond in making sure our issues were addressed and fixed. There were many occasions where an issue would arise (foundation wasn't good, we needed more money for framing, etc) and she would provide a solution, and then explain the problem and the solution together. Sometimes the solution had to have more money, but there were occasions where she would figure out how to save us money as well!”

“We hired the Hart Studio when we needed an architect to help us with our expansion/remodel plans. While we had a basic idea of what we wanted, Tom Hart really brought the project to life. He listened to what we wanted, asked questions regarding how we wanted to use the space and made sure it would fit in with the existing structure of the house. Tom was extremely easy to work with, creative in his ideas, responsive to our questions, always met deadlines and really guided us through the entire project. Tom did an exceptional job of tying in the old part of the house with the new part so it looked seamless, which was very important to us. “David Biek from Arcadea has worked on two projects for us. The first project was restoring a beautiful multi million dollar 4 story grey stone in Chicago. The building was a classic old building in disrepair. David's design work brought the building infastructure into the 21st. century yet he maintained the old world charm. Thanks to the remodel, the building is renting for top dollar. The second project David did for us was some remodleing at our home in Boulder. After the 2013 floods, we had some serious repairs to make on our bottom floor. David redesigned the worst, ugliest bathroom in our home and made it wonderful.The bottom floor has never looked better. You can trust David. He's careful, fair priced, thoughtful, imaginative, and always has good follow through.”
