“I hired KBN in 2019 to manage the renovation of our 3 Bedroom apartment and couldn’t have been happier. KBN guided me through every step of the process and provided great professional advice and was always available to me to answer questions. KBN handled each step of the process in perfect timely manner and professionalism. KBN also managed the architectural design for our renovation, came up with some wonderful suggestions regarding the layout and design and was extremely flexible with some changes mid-project that we requested. Thanks to KBN, our renovation project went without any issue. All in all, my experience with KBN was superb and I can’t recommend their services enough.”

“Robie is terrific. We interviewed quite a few architects for this job. Many had great ideas and beautiful plans though they were double our budget. Robie stuck to the budget and came up with lots of great ideas. He was very flexible and creative. We'd use him again in a heartbeat!!!! We love the result and the pictures posted don't do it justice!”

“LEAP designed our modern and green home addition. They handled much of the creative work on the project, as well as detailed renderings, bid consultations, and construction supervision. LEAP's work was very creative and responded directly to our needs. They found ways to get energy efficiency and modern design details into a "buildable" and cost-conscious project. They are humble, hardworking, and consistent. I would choose to work with LEAP Architecture again without hesitation.”

“If you are looking for an architect, look no further than Chad at SOON Architecture. We did not know what to expect and were a little intimidated by the whole process at first. We had never worked with an architect before and were not sure how this would go. Well, our first meeting with Chad, we knew we were in good hands and he was the right person for the job. He explained everything to us, with as much or as little detail as we needed. He was also so patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). He always had a smile and was very flexible with our needs. He met with the contractors on-site to walk them through the project and was always available by phone to answer their questions as well to get the right materials and specifications for their quote.
