“Constructive Solutions, Inc., completed a beautiful LEED certified home, shop and artist's studio for us in 2010. We are so pleased, not only with the craftsmanship and special considerations in our working relationship, but with the follow up service regarding the workings and settling issues of a new home. Deadlines were met within a reasonable timeframe and communications on change orders were explained in detail. As an artist, it was exciting to be able to see my ideas become reality under Robs direction and my husband's engineering requirements were carried out with great detail. Rob listens well, is a genius of a builder with many innovative, sustainable ideas in his homebuilding ethic and is willing to think out of the box in architectural detailing. “Nate, and the amazing group of professionals with whom he works, helped us to open up our dark and boring entrance into a bright and welcoming space. He designed a hidden closet disguised by a bookshelf to utilize dead space to store our cleaning supplies (we love showing this to guests!). And made the suggestion that we lay our tiled floor on a diagonal to add a subtle touch of elegance to the hallway. Nate spent the time to listen to our ideas and visions for the space and he utilized his talent, skills and years of experience to design a space that we love; we couldn’t be happier with the way it all came together!”

“VBSA provided professional services for a log cabin restoration which was a unique and challenging project. VBSA assisted in the redesign of this 2400 square foot log house which was totally disassembled, moved, reassembled and completely restored which an entirely new floor plan. VBSA was instrumental in providing key advice as we worked our way through the project.”

Lindsey Love has been our primary contact on this job and she is a pleasure to work with, patient, calm and persistent. Lindsay Schack was also involved with all aspects of the project although we didn't see her in person as much. We look forward to building our 1360 sq. foot home ! “We live in a home that is more fabulous than we could have ever imagined. After interviewing between fifteen and twenty architectural firms in the western states, we were lucky to work with Tammy and Anne of Frog Rock Design on our new construction project. Sustainable building and living are important to us. We wanted architects who had a similar philosophy and green building design experience. We found a wonderful partnership in Frog Rock Design. Tammy and Anne listened to us closely about our life style, and our ideas about how our home would feel to us on it's completion. They helped us prioritize our wishes and goals. They were enthusiastic and involved. They helped us through the design process, and helped the project stay on track. The end result is a home that is filled with light. We gravitate to each room and space. Construction details leave us feeling good about getting so much of our energy passively from the sun. After nearly one year of living in the house, we wouldn't change a thing! We could not have asked for a better architect, a better working relationship, or a better end result, and would embark on another building project with Frog Rock without hesitation.”
