“I was asked to find an Architect by my employer with some experience in heritage regulations and residential renovations sympathetic to the Subiaco architecture. I started with the internet and Suzanne Hunt's profile got my attention. After reading her web page, I knew immediately my employer would relate to her style and approach so I organised a meeting between them. The night of the meeting, I received a text from my Employer that very precisely gave me the confirmation that my instincts were correct in choosing Suzanne. My employer wrote: Suzanne Hunt is perfect. Great find!! Spoke for 2 hours. Really good info, advice & presentation. Would love to work with her on something if not Subi. Have lots to think about. Suzanne was honest in her feedback regarding the Subiaco property highlighting the weaknesses of the property for renovation and the reality of over capitalizing by carrying out the renovation ideas my Employer had in mind. My Employer is now motivated to look out for another property in the area so that she can involve Suzanne in the renovation project.”

“To all who are contemplating a building project, I have no hesitation in highly recommending Perth Residential Architect to design and manage your building project, Antony designed and managed our residential property in Victoria Park for us from start to finish, and having to deal with the shire council in regard to the design requirements of the heritage listed area we planned to build in, Antony dealt with the tender process in the selection of a builder to construct our house, and the recommendation of certain contractors to carry out important work, our build sounds complex but was made easy for us with Antony as our building manager. Please if you are considering a design and building project, then do yourself a favour and at least speak to Antony from Perth Residential Architect Jenny and I wish you all well with your building project Brian Reeves”
