“Stuart was so very helpful to me during my recent planning application to Durham council. He was prompt and efficient, indeed he visited the property within a day of me contacting him and had all the plans drawn up within a couple of days. He even completed and lodged the application form with the council when I was experiencing problems doing this online. He did all this for an exceptionally reasonable price.
