“Xiomara and team completed the design for our project - a 3 story addition to our 1920's home. We are in the process of adding a finished basement/media room, first floor mud room/powder room/family room, second floor master suite, and third floor bedroom/bath. We chose to work with Xiomara because of her focus on seemlessly incorporating the new with the old - you cannot tell we have even done an addition. Our project was complex and required reworking the entire clay tile roof line. Our house now functions beautifully. Xiomara had many great ideas and she took our rough concept of what we needed and has transformed our home. I would highly recommend Xiomara and her team.”

There was a culture of sensitivity to our needs throughout the firm and skillful handling of issues as they inevitably cropped up. The firm worked with our century old house to bring it into the modern age, by retrofitting an amazing kitchen into limited space and converting an unusable attic space into a dream master bedroom suite with dormers, increasing our living space significantly. “Cindy was our architect for a tear-down/rebuild of our home. My wife and I found Cindy to be very insightful and creative, offerred us lots of options in design, and never expressed concern or hesitation in drafting or constructing some complicated elements we wanted in the home. She brought knowledge, experience and enthusiasm, but most of all comfort to a project which could otherwise have been a stressfull experience. Without question, we would hire Cindy again in the future without the need to go to bid.”
