“Architest are a unique company who built our new home's floorplan to scale in their warehouse using foam blocks. It was a brilliant way for someone like me to visualise what our new home would look like in terms of spatial awareness, positioning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, windows, doors and even our staircase. It really bought our potential renovation/build to life. The 2 walk-throughs of our home allowed us to change some ideas and tweek some rooms we weren't sure about before we submitted our final plans to Council. Thanks to Simon and his team for having the initiative to develop such an impressive service that is sure to be a winner for all future renovators. Can't believe it has never been thought of before.”

“I was given the confidence and trust by Sky hence hired him to design my new house just by the marina. My journey with Sky started more than 3 years ago. Every step of the way, Sky had given me the clarity and best effort on all building and design aspect. I have to admit that I am not an easy client for I bomb Sky with numerous calls during weekends, public holidays and after hours. Yes Sky was ever willing to listen and help me with my queries. To be honest, I was hunting for an architect and had waisted some small fortune with two prior so called architect. I am glad I found Sky as his experiences, dedication and attention to detail is un-matched! Sky had helped me through from my house design to acquring planning permit, which was unbelievably difficult, and even administered my whole building project. There were massive amount of challenges due to unforeseen circumstances but Sky was able to assist in resolving them amicably in terms of timeline and cost.”

“We did not know Andrew before engaging him and we are so thankful we did. With a challenging sloped site, Andrew's service has been absolutely gold standard. Other trades have complimented his drawings, expressing they are a 'perfect response' to the site and we are thrilled with the final set of drawings. “Sergio designed and directed the construction project of what was to be the country house of my family in Cali, Colombia. In less than two months the structures and first floor of the house was already up (and of course the swimming pool!). The house was bamboo structured, with big open windows facing all directions of the property. Our time with Sergio was excellent, he is charming, reliable and has many incredible ideas for the design to be trend-forward at the same time as using unconventional materials.”

“If you are looking for a designer for a new house do not look past the team at PINS Studio. We worked with PINS to redesign our new home which also involves an extension. The project is a challenge, but they were able to assist us with our tight timeline and very easy to collaborate with. They genuinely consider the way their clients live and use the space, and are flexible and pragmatic with budgetary requirements. They also have a great design mind and is familiar with council rules and regulations which is helpful especially at the conceptual stage. PINS Studio team is professional, creative and a real joy to work with. We really looking forward to working with them again in the future.”
