Our footprint was pre-determined by local bylaws, which was a limitation.He listened carefully to our needs, from both a function, direction of light and shade, and style point of view. He put together three very different draft plans, all of which surprisingly, met our criterion. After careful deliberation, we concluded that the plan that we initially liked the least, was by far and away the best for our needs. Kevin stuck to our schedule, and was extremely helpful in evaluating the three draft plans, as per their strengths and trade offs. He was able to be critical from a technical point of view.. He made adjustments to the chosen plan, based on suggestions that we discussed. Kevin stayed within budget throughout the process. During construction, we realized an addition to our design, would add tremendous utility, and Kevin quickly put the addendum together, so that construction was not interrupted. He did a great job for us, and we would call him first for future projects.”
