“I am a retired Interior Designer and wanted to work with an architect who was up on the latest improvements in HVAC and plumbing. I had a pretty clear idea of the layout of our new house but needed help deciding on a contractor to hire as well as some creative structural details to make our 1800 sq. ft. single level home work for us as we age without looking like an "old folks home". “We met with Bryan and took him our ideas and design sketches of our future Craftsman home. After several meetings and modifications, he was able to transform them into formal plans that satisfied the City of Blaine and Semiahmoo Association. The home is now in the process of being built, and Bryan has been available as a resource. He has been very accommodating and easy to work with, along with providing a wealth of information and experience.”

“LCI Design was requested to provide drawings of a small addition we are considering for our dining area. Ms. Lacas was extremely professional and open mined. She listen to our ideas and provided knowledgeable feedback. Ms. Lacas took our ideas and created outstanding drawings. She took it upon herself to providing us with additional ideas we hadn't even thought of. She was thinking beyond, out side of the box, which was great for us. Her drawings were completed on a timely manner. We are moving forwards with her drawings. I am looking forward to our end result.”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE this genius of an architect/designer. She works magic and makes it look seamless Lee truly is a creative genius and besides that, she is a ton of fun to work with as she works her magic. Seriously, Lee has incredible vision and talent; and she is efficient and pragmatic. I have done two projects with her and love them both. I can't wait to do another one with her. She's the best. I am anxious to get images of her newest projects because they are inevitably spectacular. Her sense of aesthetics is amazing. Working with Lee is addictive!”
