“Mr. Travis is very knowledgable and exhibited great patience in our design job. My wife knew exactly what she wanted and Mr. Travis went back over many parts of our project numerous times in order to get it just right. It required some time and great patience on both sides, but in the end it was worth it because we ended up with a plan that resulted in an excellent and beautiful house.”

“From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Becky listened to all of our input and took all of our wants and needs into consideration. The project came in under budget and ahead of schedule and the crew doing the work were fabulous. We will be using them again on next major project! Our house was built in 1910 and they did a great job of incorporating the character and charm into the project! Couldn't be happier!”

“We hired the Hart Studio when we needed an architect to help us with our expansion/remodel plans. While we had a basic idea of what we wanted, Tom Hart really brought the project to life. He listened to what we wanted, asked questions regarding how we wanted to use the space and made sure it would fit in with the existing structure of the house. Tom was extremely easy to work with, creative in his ideas, responsive to our questions, always met deadlines and really guided us through the entire project. Tom did an exceptional job of tying in the old part of the house with the new part so it looked seamless, which was very important to us. It was a big project and could easily have been overwhelming but with Tom's help it was very manageable. We were thrilled with how the project turned out and would highly recommend the Hart Studio. If we ever do another project like this, we would hire Tom Hart and the Hart Studio again, without hesitation.”

“Lauren Shadid designed the remodel of my home to expand the kitchen and open up the family room, and make use of our space more efficiently. She was very thorough and diligent in her work and was very conscious in keeping within our budget. She works very well with contractors and is always available when she is needed. She was always very response to my questions and concerns. Her background in interior design is a huge bonus as she was very helpful in helping me choose colors and tile. Lauren also helped design my backyard space. We live on sloped lot and she was able to design a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and lounge area, whereras before we had a basketball court above the main patio area that was never used. We don't have a finished yard yet, but I can see the transformation and how much more we will enjoy our new space.”

“Sandy did a great job of listening to my husband and my needs, and she designed a great pop top for our Denver Square. There were many hiccups along the way (but what home remodel doesn't have one!) and Sandy went above and beyond in making sure our issues were addressed and fixed. There were many occasions where an issue would arise (foundation wasn't good, we needed more money for framing, etc) and she would provide a solution, and then explain the problem and the solution together. Sometimes the solution had to have more money, but there were occasions where she would figure out how to save us money as well!”

“The architects at TKP have great vision and practical ideas. I had spent months working with another architect to design an addition to our 55-year-old home but nothing clicked. Then Karen Keating looked all through our home, sat down and in a matter of minutes roughly sketched out a plan which included a dining nook, den, office, bath and storage room. I knew we'd found the firm with which we wanted to work. Everyone that we worked with at TKP was respectful of our ideas, and then made them even better. We love our three-year-old, 1000 square foot "new" space. It flows beautifully with the original house.”

“Alison and Anna are wonderful ladies to work with. They have a great eye for design and understand how to get the most out of the space you have to work with. Their drawings are detailed which makes it easier for us as builders. Our company CCM, LLC (general contractor) has worked on few project with HQ Architects. Our most recent project was a custom home in Hill Top. We love working with these ladies and can't wait for the next project.”

“How many times in life do you get a service that is thorough, creative, timely and complete? Jim provided all of this and more. Jim was a pleasure to work with on our project. He came up with creative solutions to our requests that we wouldn’t have been able to come up with on our own. To top it all off, Jim was a pleasure to work with on this property. “John has been great to work with. His designs are innovative and give you a totally new perspective on your space. He is willing to be patient and work and rework plans until they fit your needs. We were cautious at first about using someone we hadn’t met in person, but John has exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to get started on building our basement! “John and I have worked on two projects together, one involved working with a client overseas who both of us had met only once or twice. The other was a remodel with three bathrooms. As a designer, I have a respect for John as a professional and he has shown me the same courtesy. I find that he listens to his client's wishes and welcomes their input, as well as my own. I just recently recommended him to a client and he was hired on the spot! I find him easy to work with and would recommend him to anyone seeking to hire an architect.”
