Her prompt responses, timely delivery and willingness to share her thoughts throughout the process was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. “Rick was our Architect and Alison was our designer for a new detached house build in Mississauga. Rick is wonderful to work with, patient, respectful of our ideas, flexible, available and an amazing architect. He has a real passion for his work and an excellent artistic vision. Alison was fantastic, she really listened to our ideas and needs and incorporated them into beautiful designs. They were easy to work with, professional and excellent at their trade. I can't say enough. They worked within our budget and went beyond what we expected of them.”

It was reassuring to have a calm and knowledgeable expert on our side who appreciated the importance of attention to detail on such an extensive renovation.”

“My wife and I got different quotes from different firms. We met the architects and felt very comfortable with Fernando. When we told him we were building a modern home his eyes lite up and said he enjoyed designing modern, right then I knew he was our guy. What Lima charged us for their services was above par. They offered way more services for less then what other architects in the area were charging. Fernando worked patiently with my wife and was always available to discuss modifications. The end result has produced a beautiful home and we can not wait to start building it. If you are deciding on a architect in the Oakville area, I dare you to get two quotes then get Lima to quote you and you will see the difference in both price and service. The level of professionalism is top notch and worry free. Lima Architect has so far been a great experience and will use him again for our next house. Great job Fernando to you and your team. “Jesse provided drawings and plans for our great room addition which included a new kitchen, powder room and living space. In addition a deck was also planned. The entire new addition was outstanding in design and quality living and working space. I have no reservations in recommending Jesse for any job. He was professional, respectful and a great listener. He listen to our ideas and wants and he produced. Thank you Jesse.”

“When we first approached Cynthia about our project, we had no idea how far she would take our concept. Transforming the exterior of a Georgian style house into a contemporary, Asian-themed one was challenging but Cynthia had the vision necessary to meet that challenge. Cynthia listened to our ideas and requirements and, taking into account our "wish list", created a brilliant design. When she initially presented us with her plan, we were pleasantly surprised, as it went well beyond our original vision. The front entry courtyard, in particular, was a stunning addition! We were very comfortable working with Cynthia who was always professional, approachable and receptive to our input throughout the process. She worked well with our contractor, helping to iron out difficulties as they arose and ensuring that the design was never compromised. We would recommend Cynthia without hesitation.”

“We bought an old house close to downtown Guelph in 2012. This home had been untouched by the previous owner since being built in 1942. Unto from Talo Architect drew up plans to add an addition as well as raise the roof in order provide extra living space. The house is now modern, comfortable and well designed. With his assistance and attention to detail we now have a home which is much admired and we hope to enjoy for many years. As we had little experience in the home renovation business his assistance proved invaluable. As well as drawing up detailed plans, he also helped find a contractor and was retained during the construction process.This proved invaluable with regard to resolution of construction difficulties. Communication during the whole process was excellent both with us and the contractor. His vast knowledge and past experience in the construction industry proved invaluable. I highly recommend this company.”
