“Urban Reach Residential went above and beyond with our Renovation of our house in Robina, QLD. Ryan & Ange were meticulous throughout the whole process. Ryan & Ange were able to review our Concept Drawings and actually made suggestions on design changes that not only resulted in a better outcome but also saved us money with the construction. “Sam has been a delight to work with. He listened to myself, my 2 sons and my elderly father and came up with 2 fabulous extension designs that met all our needs. He even managed to fit in a couple of "surprises" that I had never even considered possible. I have never done any major work before and was a little intimidated by the process as a single mum with no building knowledge. Sam was available to discuss things at any time and went through next steps in detail. Cherry on the cake was the cost for Sams services which were much less than I expected and the amazingly quick turnaround. Thank you Sam .. I happy to act as a personal reference if needed. “Nothing but compliments for this team! Approachable, professional and attentive. Before even hiring the team or forking out any $$, their design examples and information provided during the quotation process was exemplary. Other firms would provide basics, and a few old examples, with some rough price figures here or there. Design Studio provided a wealth of information and really showed a desire to take on the project. Which surprised us, as they were the most impressive, as well as the most affordable. Given we weren't the 'easiest' of clients, it took around 12 months to finish our dream-home design, to which the team was nothing but patient and enthusiastic. Every aspect of our vision was covered with precision and ease, and in the end it was without doubt exactly what we'd been hoping for. Unfortunately we weren't able to pull through with the physicality of our project, but they'd be the first to call for our next one. We couldn't imagine using anybody else!”
