“This company has two architects. I had a consultation with Jose Venegas who really helped me understand what was important for our family in a remodel. I didn't feel taken advantage of or pressured to make quick decisions. They give back to the community and are working with a local school to build a community kitchen because they believe in the vision of children having access to a garden and sharing what they learn with the community. They are knowledgeable about aging in place, which will be a priority with our remodel. Also, they understand that you have to work within a budget. They are willing to work with my tiny budget in comparison to some much bigger clients they have, and I still feel our project is important to them. It is”

“Vicki Broadus has transformed my kitchen and has set the stage for improvements throughout my house. She has a great deal of experience with an architectural degree and a strong design base. She is always thinking of new, creative ideas to enhance the value of your property. She was able to suggest so many great ideas for my kitchen such as a nook with a wrap around bench, cushions, a table, lighting, fans and television. The kitchen is now my focal piece within the house thanks to Vicki's wisdom & experience. Vicki has vision and does so with minimal costs to the homeowner. She is budget conscious and abides with the homeowner's pocketbook. I would recommend Vicki highly!”

“In early 2015, my husband and I bought his childhood home which was in an ideal location on the water on Merritt Island but had been neglected for ten years or more. The decision was made to demolish it to start over & rebuild on the site. I had my own ideas for what we wanted and was referred to MelD Studio by our contractor. We felt an immediate connection at our first meeting. I worked closely with Jerry Balletti to design a new home that utilized every bit of available space on the small lot. The size of the lot along with the county restrictions presented a real challenge. Jerry was very good at listening to my vision for our home. He had excellent ideas and worked diligently to give us what we wanted in the design. We came up with a plan and met several times over the course of a couple months, discussing every detail until we got it "right." Jerry really felt like a friend during the process. It was a comfortable experience. He totally understood where I was going with the ideas that I presented, and did his best to accommodate my vision. My experience couldn't have been any better. We moved in to our new home in July, 2016, and love everything about it!! We highly recommend Jerry Balletti and the team at MelD!!”
