“We employed Mark Fawcett a couple of years ago to build a large deck for us. We had no real concept of what we required. Mark provided much needed guidance on how to achieve the best result and after now having ample time to enjoy the deck we are very happy with the outcome. Mark's work is of a very high standard and we would say one of his strong points is his attention to detail, and just little things like the placement of lighting has enhanced the quality of the job. “I do not usually bother posting reviews (unless I am strongly motivated to complain), but the very positive experience we enjoyed with Refresh Renovations Gold Coast was such that I felt they needed a very big pat on the back for a job well done. We wanted to "refresh" various aspects of our home which was built approximately 13 years ago, but did not know where to start with engagement of contractors and making necessary choices. Martin was able to give valuable guidance on what we needed to do and the contractors he engaged were excellent. The whole job was completed ahead of time, and the quality of the outcome was even better than we had anticipated. I would recommend them to anyone needing a builder for home renovations. You will not be disappointed.”

“We recently engaged Mayfair to help us renovate an old 1960's property. We had a new kitchen, bathroom/s and laundry renovation work performed. The back of the house was opened up and completely transformed to open plan living which leads to a brand new alfresco dining area.. There communication and level of professionalism is why we are reviewing them, highly recommended. Will reuse if another project comes up.”
