“THAT WENT VERY WELL! Dec 2015 we finished a large extension to our home (North Shore - Sydney). After Design & Spec stage we spoke to 6 builders and Brett from Smith & Sons was a standout. He listens, comes up with excellent advice and solutions to budget. Brett's builders, and tradies were excellent - very skilled, great rapport and a cleanup each day before leaving our worksite The build was finished early, exactly what we wanted on budget and well supervised. Highly recommended!”

“I sent a request on an online directory for a complete bathroom & toilet renovation. Ben Matthews for Internos Home Improvements was one of those who responded. From the outset we liked his manner and felt comfortable about his knowledge of the job. When he presented his quote by email every detail was shown and included in the costings including GST, So in accepting his quote we knew the exact cost. Even before he started he strictly followed the rules about giving the correct cooling of period before starting even though we would have been happy & he could have started immediately we had signed. From day one when he said that they would be at our place on a certain day or time they were, regardless of which tradesmen it was. Also once work started his men were here every day so the job moved along well without any delays. The work was all done to a very high standard and after it was finished Ben hired a professional cleaner to come through and clean up where they had been trapsing through the house. Having said that his men were pretty particular about laying tarps etc in the walkways to ensure that they kept the house clean. So we had a very good experience with BenMatthews & Internos and have already recommended them to friends.”

“I do not usually bother posting reviews (unless I am strongly motivated to complain), but the very positive experience we enjoyed with Refresh Renovations Gold Coast was such that I felt they needed a very big pat on the back for a job well done. We wanted to "refresh" various aspects of our home which was built approximately 13 years ago, but did not know where to start with engagement of contractors and making necessary choices. Martin was able to give valuable guidance on what we needed to do and the contractors he engaged were excellent. The whole job was completed ahead of time, and the quality of the outcome was even better than we had anticipated. I would recommend them to anyone needing a builder for home renovations. You will not be disappointed.”

“We recently engaged Mayfair to help us renovate an old 1960's property. We had a new kitchen, bathroom/s and laundry renovation work performed. The back of the house was opened up and completely transformed to open plan living which leads to a brand new alfresco dining area.. There communication and level of professionalism is why we are reviewing them, highly recommended. Will reuse if another project comes up.”

“David has done a number of quality kitchen and bathroom renovations for our clients, all with fantastic outcomes. We like to recommend his services to our client's as we know that it will be built exactly as we had intended, as he puts as much thought and effort into the construction of the spaces as we do for the design. There is nothing more soul destroying that designing a beautiful space for someone, only to have it poorly constructed or executed by the builder, so it ends up looking terrible despite our best efforts. If you want a quality kitchen or bathroom renovation, then I can thoroughly recommend his services.”
