We initially thought the projecting was quite daunting being that the originals owners of the house did not fix anything in the last 40 years that they lives there. “I took a chance and hired North Pine Engineering from a recommendation and John the owner absolutely went above and beyond for my wife and I. We are doing a major renovation to our 2nd floor and really needed guidance on something that would work for our family of 4. We met with him and after discussing our plans in person and then over the phone a few times, he came up with pretty much exactly what we wanted and helped us understand the process. We tweaked a few things on the drawing and then sent them to the town to get approved. He got us all the necessary paperwork and filled out everything too. Well of course the plans got rejected, twice, as they typically do the first few times. Both times, John called me to discuss, and then made the proper revisions.
