“Lynne created plans for a major remodel of our 60s colonial. We asked for a more open, modern space and she delivered. We were so happy with the remodel that we decided to add another bedroom and hired her again. She also helped finish our plans for a modern NJ vacation home. We would highly recommend her!”

“I found Primhaus when looking for ideas on building a modern Scandinavian farm house. While we liked the general design of the house we chose we needed to modify it to meet our own needs. Scott worked with us on a number of Zoom meetings to provide us with a final product that we are now moving forward to build. After every session with Scott he sent us an updated draft to mull over. My wife and I were very impressed with his problem solving skills. Every change we wanted to make brought on another challenge. Scott always came up with a solution that made the overall design even better. In addition to his outstanding creativity Scott was very patient and never rushed us. Even when our design was finalized he offered to help us in the future if we run in to any issues. It should be mentioned how surprised we were to find out that the price for the plan modifications was well beyond reasonable. Our whole experience with Scott and Primhaus far exceeded our expectations.”

“We have had the pleasure of knowing Greg Porraro for over 20 years. He has built two homes for us and most recently, has rebuilt our home at the Jersey shore after it was devastated by Hurricane Sandy in the Fall of 2012. During one of the most stressful times of our lives, within two days of the storm, Greg had a crew of 29 workers attacking our home. There was a massive clean-up effort needed as well as reinforcing badly damaged walls and support columns. Greg put our mind at ease and totally took charge of the project. Within a few short weeks, we had a plan as to how we were going to put our home back together and have it ready for the following summer season. Greg coordinated every aspect of the project and took care of our home as if it were his own. He suggested many improvements to the original structure that will protect us further should another storm come our way. We are very happy to say that we took possession of our home again by the end of May 2013-just 7 short months after it was ripped apart by the storm. It is an absolute pleasure doing business with someone that you can trust 100%. We knew, every step of the way that Greg had our best interest at heart. “Hayley did a phenomenal job picking up the pieces of a failed renovation (with a prior architect and general contractor) and pulling everything together to create a beautiful home. She did everything from figuring out what was done and wasn’t done, to ordering materials, planning timelines, bringing in a reliable contractor, and adjusting the design to account for prior mistakes in construction and make the space even better than originally planned. I fully recommend hiring Hayley as she has an amazing eye for design, and is also trustworthy and gets the job done.”
