This included replacing posts and half-posts for the bull-nose veranda as well as the deck. The work was done to a very high standard with meticulous attention to detail.     “I have engaged complete carpentry to do two jobs. The first one required Stuart to come up with a solution on how to make a picture rail in a 1930s house look right, on a small budget. The second job was to construct a large walk-in pantry in my kitchen. Stuart designed, constructed and contributed to the idea. What we ended up with was considerably better than what we had hoped for. Stuart is tidy, considerate, trustworthy and his prices are very fair. He communicates well about what he is doing and is very reliable and he finishes off his work beautifully. Also, because he has come from the UK, he understands what I am trying to achieve in my house.”

    “Keady Carpentry installed new decking, balustrading, weatherboard cladding to house, a purpose built daybed and jarah pool shell cladding for a new ocean front above ground pool. The job was complex and required the team to interface with a newly built concrete pool shell, install stairs, LED strip lights, clad the existing house in weatherboard and modify existing limestone retaining walls. The project was for a short-term rental property and had strict schedule deadlines. I was impressed by the level of planning that went into the job, both as part of the quoting process and during execution. Clear costs and scope definition was available for all aspects of the job which was completed on time, despite significant additional scope being included through the course of the installation. Keady Carpentry collaborate extremely well with other trades throughout the job and completed additional work that may otherwise have fallen through the interface cracks between trades (e.g. siteworks, LV electrical, pool fencing, reticulation).
