“I have hired David for several projects but mainly two large remodels. (Master bath and kitchen). David is very knowledgeable with an eye for detail. He also had great design ideas when I was unsure of the direction I wanted to go. He was quick to let me know when a design idea had challenges to implement and came up with several good alternatives. “we completely gutted our house, did and addition, built a shop and studio, redid the entire exterior. This is the 3rd house we have done over the years. Jeremy and his team were professional, easy to work with as the project evolved, and the results were outstanding. We get compliments almost weekly from all the neighborhood and have referred him multiple times to others. If he has a backlog be patient as he always beat all other bidders in price and quality.”

“Gaylord Newman is the consummate Craftsman, construction work is his passion. The cost of any job is commensurate to the quality we accept. I expect the best and have never been disappointed. Be it window and door replacement, complete renovation of bathrooms and kitchen, tile work, structural issues, oak flooring or any efforts of a construction nature, Gaylord would be my choice. You see, I am a perfectionist. Deadlines were not an issue, I started slow and kept on going. I have recommended him to several friends. Do yourself a favor and visit with him about you needs.”
