Based on the first project I hired Affinity BC again to build my deck in 2016 and to paint my house this year. “We are delighted with the flawless dream home that MILDURA HOMES helped designed and built for us. The entire team established fantastic communication and comprehensively answered all of our questions. We had a big wish list to fit on a small block so we worked closely and created a award winning home. Mark remained our construction liaison throughout the entire build process and kept us well-informed of each new development. Overall, we couldn't fault Mildura Homes, our build was managed perfectly and we are very happy with the high quality workmanship of our new house. Our final cost even came in slightly under our estimated cost and we were able to spend these surplus funds on finishing touches to our home. If we build again, we will be going straight back to Mildura Homes, we couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

“Harley and his team did a brilliant job fitting out our office - including custom designing and making some beautiful blackbutt benches for our meeting table. I was also super impressed when he came back to the office to do another small job, and in seeing something small on the fit out he wasn't 100% happy with he had one of his team come back in and rework the so-called problem! Such great attention to detail! Highly recommended!”

“Construction of a deck and pergola on the back of the house. Right from coming to quote Scott listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, discussed the job with us and enhanced our ideas with his skill and expertise. He and his offsider started on the work when he said he would, were considerate of our neighbours, kept us across what was happening. All work has been done to a very high standard. All rubbish was removed and the job was completed within the time given. Scott & Chris were very polite and considerate and we were happy to employ Scott on further projects.”

“Anthony was the “chippy” used by the kitchen and bathroom renovation company which undertook a major replacement of our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and laundryin 2016. His workmanship was excellent but he also played a major role in finding solutions for the inevitable issues which arose throughout the course of the 3 month project. He was friendly and personable. We would have loved to have had him come back to undertake some other jobs around the house but his workload prevented it, unfortunately.”
