“Zoltan from Affinity BC has renovated my kitchen and my living room in 2013. His work is of the highest standard. He takes the time to work out the best solution and then proceeds to create quality work. Based on the first project I hired Affinity BC again to build my deck in 2016 and to paint my house this year. I am truly satisfied with the work Zoltan has done and envisage hiring him for further work on the house in the future.”

“I had a problem getting people out to give me a quote,let alone do the job required. I then got in contact with Chris and sent him pics of the job and he came out and had a look and gave me a great quote and promised he would be back to do it. I am so pleased that a friend recommended Chris for the job,he did a brilliant job with my kitchen cupboards above my fridge. I couldn’t use them before because my new fridge was much higher than the previous one . I give him 5 stars,”

“I have engaged complete carpentry to do two jobs. The first one required Stuart to come up with a solution on how to make a picture rail in a 1930s house look right, on a small budget. The second job was to construct a large walk-in pantry in my kitchen. Stuart designed, constructed and contributed to the idea. What we ended up with was considerably better than what we had hoped for. Stuart is tidy, considerate, trustworthy and his prices are very fair. He communicates well about what he is doing and is very reliable and he finishes off his work beautifully. Also, because he has come from the UK, he understands what I am trying to achieve in my house.”

“We are delighted with the flawless dream home that MILDURA HOMES helped designed and built for us. The entire team established fantastic communication and comprehensively answered all of our questions. We had a big wish list to fit on a small block so we worked closely and created a award winning home. Mark remained our construction liaison throughout the entire build process and kept us well-informed of each new development. Overall, we couldn't fault Mildura Homes, our build was managed perfectly and we are very happy with the high quality workmanship of our new house. Our final cost even came in slightly under our estimated cost and we were able to spend these surplus funds on finishing touches to our home. If we build again, we will be going straight back to Mildura Homes, we couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

“I would highly recommend Coastline Building. From the start John understood and could visualise what we were trying to achieve. He was very patient with us as our plans changed several times, nothing was ever a problem. We really valued the time John gave us while we weighed up our options, and his insight was invaluable. There were complexities with regards to our roof line and extending the deck, however John was the only builder that we had out that understood our needs and how to address the issues. Once we had our plan in place John and his team's skill in transforming what was in our head into a physical reality was incredible to watch. The end result is we have the most amazing deck that has enhanced our property beyond our expectations. The job is truly stunning!!! As well as creating this beautiful space the team also renovated two bathrooms. There were a few issues along the way but John and Christian's determination to create the bathrooms we wanted never wavered. We are extremely happy with the end result. We would not hesitate in using Coastline Building again.”
