This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”

The first time was to put an addition on our house, the second was to re configure my living/dining and family room, the third time was to completely landscape my yard and install a pool and covered pavilion. “Construction Ahead took my outdated, childhood home and turned it into a completely different space with a dream kitchen, fabulous master on main, and an award winning master bathroom. And, of course, my husband's favorite, the screened in porch with wood-burning fireplace. My family used to refer to the traditional floor plan as an "ant-farm" and now we have open spaces that flow together perfectly. Living through the construction was actually a fun experience. Well,except not having a working kitchen! We had something new to see everyday and were kept updated on the schedule. We knew what was coming and when. The crew kept everything super neat and the only complaints we had about construction dust was because of our dog! And nothing was more fun than working through the designs! We were given numerous options and color renderings of what the space would look like. I still love comparing the renderings to the final photos. It's been 2 years since the construction was complete and the place is still like new!”

THEN, they went and did a GREAT job on our kitchen renovation... Here's what we had them do: - Open up a wall between our living room and kitchen - Oak threshold install (between living room and kitchen) - New ceiling in the kitchen - Light drywall repair - Light fixture installs (chandelier, pendants and recessed lighting) - New light switch w/ dimmer for pendants - Dimmer switches on existing light switches - Light carpentry work for cabinet molding - Touch up painting I highly recommend LDC for your home project!”
