“Traci & Todd were very easy to work with when they bought my parents home. Their professionalism went beyond anything my sister's and I expected. It was very difficult having to sell the house where we grew up and my parents lived for 51 years till they passed away. When they finished the remodeling project they held an "Open House" for the neighborhood and our families. We thought that was a great idea and nice jester. But, what WOW'd my sister's and I, was Traci & Todd invited the three of us to a private showing of the house we grew up in and shared so many family memories throughout the years. Their professionalism and kindness went a long way to making this easier on the three of us. Last, I highly recommend Make Her Mark LLC. You won't be disappointed. “We purchased a 1957 ranch house to accommodate the current and future needs of our 14 year-old daughter with Spina Bifida. She currently walks with orthotics, but will likely progress to using a wheelchair as she grows and wants to keep up with her peers. We gutted 3 bathrooms (on slab), rerouting plumbing in 2 and creating one accessible bath. Jeff DeVol is an aging in place specialist and helped us design an open shower with a linear drain and added blocking in the walls for additional grab bars in the future. We also widened openings, installed tile flooring, and removed some closets for a more open floor plan. Adding a ventless fireplace and converting a third garage bay to a weight room allowed the home to better meet our family's needs. DeVol's team was competent and courteous. The arrived on time and consulted us on every change that occurred in the field. We ended up with only a 1% cost overage in change orders, one item a lighting change at our request.”

“I hired Ron Hutchins of Showcase Remodeling to do my Master Bedroom en-suite about 3 years ago. I had my own ideas as far as color and design and Ron was wonderful to give me feedback as to what would work and wouldn't work. He also gave me the name of a Kitchen Bath supply store and representative where I could go in and shop to select what I wanted. Having given Ron a budget, he was good to let me know when I had gone over, which made me go back and re-select bath fixtures in order to keep my nice glass shower door. I always felt like I was talking to my uncle when working with Ron. Showcase is getting ready to start on my downstairs bath en-suite. I might also mention that I always have them paint the bedroom to match the bathroom. Wonderful job, and no complaints; always praises.”
