“Cubitt's are building a 50m2 Granny Flat in Berkeley Vale NSW and I couldn't be more delighted with the process, from the initial site visit where they listed to how we wanted to use the property, through to colours where everything was taken care of - and council! So much hassle in the past with council and Cubitt's take care of all of it. Now all the little touches from ensuring the area is fenced well before build through to the communication from the site supervisor during build - it's worth building with Cubitt's.”

“We have sought our Cherel's opinion and designs on a number of occasions not only for our residential home in Sydney but also a property overseas. She has always been interested in our thoughts and takes time to know our taste. To this she adds her colours, designs and realism to create our vision and unique and practical result. She ensures that the result is distinctive, practical and stands the test of time as all our projects have proven. She also allows for discussion and is always happy to amend her work to fit in with our expectations. In other words approachable and enthusiastic. Her team is exemplary and co-operative. She handles the project efficiently and is good at communication. We would always seek her advice before embarking on a major development.”

“a class builders did a complete renovation of my house - cladding, new roof, insulation, solar panels, water tanks tiled floors and new inside walls, ceilings including painting, ceiling fans and all new electrical and a new bathroom. When I chose them I stipulated that I wanted it all done at once, not taking months and months. a class and their subcontractors did an excellent job. Everything I asked PLUS they made some suggestions to changes in the plan which saved me money and ended with a better outcome. They accommodated my changes during the process cheerfully and with not a great cost increase on the original quote. Their workers were polite and friendly, which made a big difference , as I was living in the back shed on the property at the time. They fixed up all the little bits and pieces after the job was done without complaint and completed the job quickly and efficiently. i would highly recommend a class builders.”

“Early 2018 we decided to fully renovate our two bedroom townhouse with the aim of doing as much of the work ourselves but leaving the bathrooms to the professionals. JBL was one of three that came and quoted for a full renovation of our main bathroom and laundry/2nd bathroom as well as tiling our downstairs living area. Brendan was really personable and spent time going over our options and gave some great advice and ideas on what we could do with our renovation. The quote was competitive and after seeing pictures of their previous work and chatting with Brendan we decided to go ahead with the work. We also liked that it was a family run business with his brothers and that they were all super keen on the project. It was easily the best decision we made during our renovation. The team did an amazing job, the finishes were spot on and I could not fault any of their workmanship. We were really happy with the result when it was complete (which was on time) and 6 months on there has been zero issues. I've included some before and after photos of the work. Thanks guys, appreciate your work.”
