“It was a great pleasure to work with John and Advanced Building. They are incredibly professional, detailed, organized and patient. Everyone on staff provided a very high-quality of service. We had our old house demolished and rebuilt from scratch. 3500 sq ft 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We have been working with our Designer and Architect for over a year making the house perfect and it was finally time to have it built. We found Advanced Building by recommendation from the designer. It took 9 months for the house to be built. We were part of the process through each step and they kept our family updated with each phase. Great communication. Job sites were always clean, secure and active. Fun for the kids to watch from a distance. We are very happy with the quality of work, craftsmanship quality and highly recommended. We love having parties at the house and enjoying the backyard pool. Showing it off!!”

“We wanted to remodel the kitchen and my brother recommended calling Pure Builders. He said Pure Builders were real professionals. Their designers were really knowledgeable. They were very careful with the flow of the design. Eli from Pure Builders really listened to what we wanted. We saw the 3D design plan he came up with and we hired them. The design blended with the existing decor of our house. Eli really puts in a lot of effort with the design. When they started their crews were really good. They checked in with us and answered all our questions as the kitchen remodeling progressed. Good company for your remodeling projects! Thanks, Eli!”

“It really was absolutely wonderful having My Home Builders transform our never- been-updated kitchen &baths into simply gorgeous, functional, light filled spaces that are now the envy of our family, friends, and neighbors. During our first meeting with Roy, he listened carefully to my color preferences and lengthy wish list in order to come up with a design plan for each of my three rooms. and then, at our next meeting, I was able to view 3D computer images of how the finished rooms would look like, and to say I was astonished to see he'd included every item on my wish list. starting From demo to completion - always ahead of schedule. and by the way - Roy kept us well Informed about every step of the work. This was super important to us. He came early each day to meet with the work crew and us, and was always available by phone / text as well. The project foreman, and his entire crew were super friendly and polite, so it was a pleasure having them in our home each and every day. And true to his word, Roy made certain we were both satisfied with every detail before the job was fully completed. - Since I tend to be very particular, I was thrilled to work with such a company that also shares my views of a job well done!! It's superior quality work, at not a penny more than the contracted price that was completed on time. My Home Builders is the best choice you can make for all your remodeling needs. “Not only does Ava and Arlene have impeccable design taste. They will handle everything from the idea phase, to hiring the proper General Contractor, subs, over seeing the entire process and being present at the job site during the work. They did everything from A to Z. They made redecorating my home a simple breeze. From providing me my options and giving me the pros and cons of each option with various cost estimates made it easy for me to make a comfortable informed decision on every step of the process. They are extremely flexible with their service. Their contractors are also professional and very neat. They clean up after every job and make the process very convenient. The outcome turned out better than I expected and I am a very satisfied customer.”

“We purchased a home last year and my husband called Levi construction. They were highly recommended by a dear friend and we were not disappointed. We needed major renovation throughout the house, kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, flooring you name it. It was a big project that took them about 6 months to complete. I was expecting the usual headaches with any renovation project from past experiences but Daniel and his team did an amazing job, they stayed within budget and always made themselves available to answer our questions. If you are looking for a team of responsible professionals, they're the ones to call.”

“We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge. Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.”
