“Tom is a great remodeling professional. He remodeled my house a few years ago. He did a fantastic job.Not only did he do the things that he was told to do, he also observed several deficiencies for which the original builder was responsible. He fixed everything! “Latitude 33 Design & Construction recently completed a laundry/mud room remodel for us, and I could not be any happier with the results! They were not the only company that we considered, but they stood out right from the first meeting. Mary listened to me when I described how I needed the room to function, and she and Carlos worked together to completely deliver a room that exceeded my expectations! They both have an eye for minute detail, and I fully trusted them from the very beginning. Mary has an eye for design, and Carlos is a skilled craftsman. The contractors that they employ (an electrician and drywall contractor for our job) are also masters of their skill and of the highest integrity. Everyone was courteous and respectful of our time and home. We felt the cost of the project was competitive and fair. They were mindful of our budget and came up with cost effective solutions wherever they could. “When friends recommended that we use Pam Foster to do a major renovationh of our home, we couldn't believe that she could possibly be as good as they said. Well, she was! Working with her was fabulous. She is so attentive to detail and everyone of her subs was terrific. We are in the process of building a summer home in another state. I told her I wish we could clone her for that job. It is easy to see how she has built her business on word of mouth.”

“I hired Homeworks for a recent project and was very impressed with their level of professionalism and attention to detail. They delivered on everything I wanted, and for the few times I didn't know exactly where I wanted to go, the team was helpful in providing suggestions and sharing past experience to assist in guiding me there.
