“Latitude 33 Design & Construction recently completed a laundry/mud room remodel for us, and I could not be any happier with the results! They were not the only company that we considered, but they stood out right from the first meeting. Mary listened to me when I described how I needed the room to function, and she and Carlos worked together to completely deliver a room that exceeded my expectations! They both have an eye for minute detail, and I fully trusted them from the very beginning. Mary has an eye for design, and Carlos is a skilled craftsman. The contractors that they employ (an electrician and drywall contractor for our job) are also masters of their skill and of the highest integrity. Everyone was courteous and respectful of our time and home. We felt the cost of the project was competitive and fair. They were mindful of our budget and came up with cost effective solutions wherever they could. We will not hesitate to hire Latitude 33 for any future remodeling needs we have, and we highly recommend them!”

“I hired Homeworks for a recent project and was very impressed with their level of professionalism and attention to detail. They delivered on everything I wanted, and for the few times I didn't know exactly where I wanted to go, the team was helpful in providing suggestions and sharing past experience to assist in guiding me there. “Tom is a great remodeling professional. He remodeled my house a few years ago. He did a fantastic job.Not only did he do the things that he was told to do, he also observed several deficiencies for which the original builder was responsible. He fixed everything! “Construction Ahead took my outdated, childhood home and turned it into a completely different space with a dream kitchen, fabulous master on main, and an award winning master bathroom. And, of course, my husband's favorite, the screened in porch with wood-burning fireplace. My family used to refer to the traditional floor plan as an "ant-farm" and now we have open spaces that flow together perfectly. Living through the construction was actually a fun experience. Well,except not having a working kitchen! We had something new to see everyday and were kept updated on the schedule. We knew what was coming and when. The crew kept everything super neat and the only complaints we had about construction dust was because of our dog! And nothing was more fun than working through the designs! We were given numerous options and color renderings of what the space would look like. I still love comparing the renderings to the final photos. It's been 2 years since the construction was complete and the place is still like new!”
