“I engaged Tim Stevens for a complete kitchen remodel in our 1920's home. As well as a remodel, we needed foundation work. From our first meeting to several follow up calls for finishing details, Tim and the team responded in a timely manner, with answers to my questions and concerns. He gave me several plan proposals until everything was just right with all my must haves included. From there he guided me in the design process to complete all the details. With lots of pictures from design magazines and websites, I thought I was prepared to complete all the details. This proved to be a rather overwhelming process. But Tim always kept me on track and helped manage the details with his calm and professional manner. The project came in on budget and only a bit longer than planned due to a setback with some tile changes and an issue with the granite installer. But both issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The end result is a fantastic kitchen that gives us so much pleasure and adds so much value to our home. I now have a list of workmen I can call as needs arise and I look forward to hiring Tim and his team for my next project. I have already recommended him to several friends that were very impressed with his deign and workmanship.”

I had them do the following to the downstairs area; replace Pergo and carpet with ceramic tile, replace the fire place surface with a new stone and accent glass tile, paint trim and doors, widen door opening from dining room to kitchen, and the best of all to tear out an old 1980's wet bar and replace it with a nice case to display my glass/ceramic art. I used a picture I found on Houzz as a recommendation for this area. I worked with the owner, Mike Sr. and Interior Designer, Stephanie, to decide on all the products and colors.
