Renata had great, creative ideas and was able to totally change the look of the room within our budget. She was extremely easy to work with, providing professional guidance toward our goal, being very accessible, generous with her time and she made the process fun. I would highly recommend this firm and will use them again in the future.”

“Legacy Renovations has done a number of projects for me. Most recently, however, was my kitchen renovation. This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”

“We have hired old south 3 times over the past 10 years. The first time was to put an addition on our house, the second was to re configure my living/dining and family room, the third time was to completely landscape my yard and install a pool and covered pavilion. With each project, I only had a slight idea what I wanted. Thanks to the great design staff who took my half baked ideas and turned them into the beautiful property I have today. Any concerns I ever had were answered promptly. Even though this is a very busy company, I always felt I was their only client. The personal attention was awesome! I can't wait to have them back to re-do my kitchen.”

“Tom is a great remodeling professional. He remodeled my house a few years ago. He did a fantastic job.Not only did he do the things that he was told to do, he also observed several deficiencies for which the original builder was responsible. He fixed everything! “Construction Ahead took my outdated, childhood home and turned it into a completely different space with a dream kitchen, fabulous master on main, and an award winning master bathroom. And, of course, my husband's favorite, the screened in porch with wood-burning fireplace. My family used to refer to the traditional floor plan as an "ant-farm" and now we have open spaces that flow together perfectly. Living through the construction was actually a fun experience. Well,except not having a working kitchen! We had something new to see everyday and were kept updated on the schedule. We knew what was coming and when. The crew kept everything super neat and the only complaints we had about construction dust was because of our dog! And nothing was more fun than working through the designs! We were given numerous options and color renderings of what the space would look like. I still love comparing the renderings to the final photos. It's been 2 years since the construction was complete and the place is still like new!”
